Located just minutes off the Mass Pike, 290/190, 495 and 146, the Neuro-Rehabilitation Center at Worcester is one of the few skilled nursing homes in Massachusetts to also specialize in brain injury recovery. Programs at The Neuro-Rehabilitation Center at Worcester are tailored to the needs of patients of all ages recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and acquired brain injury (ABI.) Our staff has expertise in treating and caring for complex medical and acute behavioral needs. This center is conveniently located close to public transportation, with train and bus stations nearby and taxi services available. Our 173-bed facility has recently been renovated with flat screen televisions, remodeled bathrooms, and new closets and furniture in all resident rooms.
