Our Post Acute Center of Excellence for Ventilator Care is designed for ventilator-dependent patients and patients weaning from ventilator care. For those mechanical ventilator patients seeking a comfortable alternative to hospitalization, our Ventilator Care program integrates cutting edge medical technology with personalized, supportive care from a highly specialized team. Residents are encouraged to overcome the challenges of their special healthcare needs as they wean from the ventilator or adapt to dependence, allowing each individual to maximize their quality of life.
Our skilled pulmonary specialists licensed respiratory therapists, nurses, and neuro-rehab professionals deliver superior care tailored to each resident's unique needs and proactively monitor and evaluate their level of care on an ongoing basis.
